Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is seeking applications for the positions of Faculty and Office Assistants on a contractual basis for its RSETI center at Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
Qualification and Experience
Faculty:
- Post-graduate qualifications such as MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed., etc.
- Flair for teaching and computer knowledge.
- Desirable: Retired Bank Officials with officer experience and candidates with Faculty or Rural Development experience will be given preference.
Office Assistants:
- Graduate qualifications such as BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Desirable: Knowledge of basic accounts and bookkeeping.
Both Faculty and Office Assistants should be well conversant with the local language and residents of the same or nearby district, preferably residing at the RSETI center’s headquarters.
Age Limit and Tenure
Candidates applying for the Faculty post should be less than 65 years old, while aspirants applying for Office Assistants should be less than 35 years old with sound health. The selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year, which may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Society/Trust, subject to satisfactory performance.
Salary and Selection Procedure
Selected candidates for the Faculty post will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 20,000, and Office Assistants will receive Rs. 12,000 per month, according to the official notification.
The selection process involves personal interviews, and eligible and shortlisted applicants will be notified accordingly. The final decision of the Society/Trust regarding the selection will be binding.
