Monthly Remuneration under ESIC Recruitment 2023

- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma Or Equivalent/as per Residency Scheme in Concerned Specialty from any Duly Recognized University/Institution with 02-Years’ Experience post-MBBS in the Concerned Super-Specialty is likely to be considered for Selection.
- Candidates without PG Qualification but with 02 Years’ Experience in the Concerned Specialty may also be considered.
- Full-Time Contractual Specialist Post:
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma Or Equivalent in Concerned Specialty from any Duly Recognized University/Institution with 03-Years’ Experience post-MBBS in the Concerned Super-Specialty is likely to be considered for Selection.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Concerned Specialty from any Duly Recognized University/Institution with 05-Years of experience post-PG Diploma in the Concerned Super-Specialty may also be considered for Selection.
- Full-Time/Part-Time Contractual Specialist Post:
- MBBS, MD/MS/DNB with DM/DNB in Concerned Specialty from any University/Institution Duly Recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
- 05-Years Experience post-PG Diploma in the Concerned Super-Specialty is likely to be considered for Selection.
Selection Criteria under ESIC Recruitment 2023
Selection for various posts, including Senior Residents, Full-Time Contractual Specialists, and Full-Time/Part-Time Contractual Specialists, will be carried out through Walk-in-Interviews and Pre-Interview Verification of Testimonials/Documents. The tenure for Senior Residents shall be 03 years, while Full-Time Contractual Specialist shall be engaged for 03 years, subject to annual renewal based on performance, or until a regular incumbent joins. Part-Time Contractual Specialist shall be engaged for 01 year or until a regular incumbent joins.
Upon selection, the candidate will have to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 in the form of a Demand Draft payable in Baddi. The candidate must also furnish a “No Dues Certificate.”
