Qualification Required for IREDA Recruitment 2023
For the position of General Manager, candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering degree. Desirable qualifications include Post Graduation in M.Tech., MBA-Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or equivalent.
For the position of Additional General Manager, candidates should hold Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) qualifications. Desirable qualifications include Company Secretary (CS) or a Degree in Law from a Recognized University/Institution.
Experience Required for IREDA Recruitment 2023
Candidates applying for the General Manager position should have a minimum of 25 years of executive-level experience, with at least 03 years of current experience not below the level of Additional General Manager (E-7 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 100,000-260,000 or above or its equivalent in the area of Power Sector / Renewable Energy Sector. Experience in ERP applications will be preferable.
For the Additional General Manager position, candidates should possess a minimum of 20 years of executive-level experience, with at least 03 years of current experience not below the level of Deputy General Manager (E-6 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 90,000-240,000 or above or its equivalent in the area of Finance and Accounts in Central/State Public Sector Undertakings and Private sector.
